In late 2018 our company had undergone extensive growth and had outgrown our business software. After much thought, we determined to invest in an ERP system and began the investigation process to work out which system would be best for our business, both now and into the future.

We met with Allan from Solutions+ on multiple occasions between December 2018 and March 2019 before choosing to proceed with SAP, supported by Solutions+.

From the first meeting the team at Solutions+ took the time to get to know not only our business and our processes but also us, and the things that we deemed to be most important for this very big change. This gave us an exceptional level of comfort, and this comfort has stayed with us throughout the whole process of development, implementation, training and ongoing support in our transition to SAP.

The detailed and meticulous process we underwent with Solutions+ through the development stage meant that we were able to transition with relative ease into this new and far more complex software. The training that they provided and continue to provide as we learn more about the abilities of the software is both comprehensive and simple to understand.

The ongoing support is the easiest to praise. As with all new systems, we learn and make mistakes. The support platform for our queries is easy to use and offers swift responses. While we use this platform for the majority of our queries, there also remains direct access to the Solutions+ team for urgent or highly complex matters, and we continue to have direct contact with the whole team even months after the original implementation.

This level of personal care, shown from the first meeting, is what we believe sets Solutions+ apart. While all software transition is scary, we continue to feel very comfortable and happy with our choice to trust Solutions+ with this project.
