Happy New Year everyone.
2018 was a fantastic year for Solutions+. We met our financial targets, but even more importantly we met our non-financial goals:
- Welcomed new customers
- Received positive feedback from our customers who also recommended us to other potential clients
- Entered the wine industry – a strategic focus area
- Strengthened external partnerships
- Grew our team.
It is a privilege to work with our fantastic clients, partners and staff.
I am a strong believer that if you focus on the non-financial goals, with integrity and determination, then the financial goals will also be met. I also believe in setting goals – personally and professionally. This ensures a focus on oneself and the organisation. It also provides the platform to measure success and give and receive feedback.
Solutions+ has high ambitions for 2019 and will continue to invest heavily in growth. Most importantly we will continue with our mantra ‘your success is our focus’.
